The most meaningful gift
When my son was about to turn 18 I wanted to write a small book with all the little things I wish I’d known at his age. I called it ‘A Working Guide to Life’.
It took me a few months to pull it all together, and then when it was finished I had it professionally printed and bound with a nice metal foil on the leather cover.
It was a truly meaningful gift, for both me and him, and it’s something I wanted to share with other parents.
So I created a template that you can download to write your own little book of wisdom.
We hope our kids will pick things up from us, but there’s something truly special about writing it all down for them to read and hold dear, and it also gives us a chance to gather our own thoughts and communicate what we’ve learned clearly.
It’s a deeply personal gift, and something they will treasure forever.
The print-ready template will be free to download with the purchase of the original Working Guide to Life book.
